At Life Changing Solutions, we provide personalized, home and community-based support for children and adults with developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Our services are delivered by trained Direct Support Professionals who assist individuals in navigating their home and community environments, accessing preferred activities, and building skills that promote greater independence and success in daily life.
In addition, our Sponsored Residential Waiver Program places individuals in safe, nurturing home environments — not institutions — where they can grow, thrive, and live with dignity. These services are provided by trained sponsors who support individuals within the home, helping them navigate daily routines, develop life skills, medical support, and maintain a stable, supportive living environment.

Mr. Jacarri Neal is the owner of Life Changing Solutions LLC, where we provide
In-Home Services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mr.
Neal has a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in
Vocational Rehabilitation. He has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Mr. Neal is a
certified juvenile sex offender treatment professional (CSOTP) and holds a
certification in Project Management (PMP). Mr. Neal possesses over 14 years of
experience in the field which has equipped him with the skills, compassion, and
dedication necessary to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals and
promote their overall well-being and quality of life. Mr. Neal believes in “Honesty,
Integrity, and Respect.” His favorite motto: “Good, better, best. Never let it rest,
until your good is better and your better is best!”
