At Life Changing Solutions, our mission is dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing programs that promote and respond to each person’s goals, dreams, and needs. LCS strives to empower everyone in determining the direction of their own life.
LCS’s community-based programs also enhance our communities’ capacity to understand and embrace individuals with special needs. LCS is committed to providing programs that maximize individual potential while acting as prudent stewards of our resources.
We are dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives, participate actively in their communities, and achieve their goals and aspirations to the greatest extent possible.

Meet Our Founder & CEO
Jacarri Neal, M.S.,
M.S. Counseling Psychology B.S. Sociology 15+ Years Experience
Mr. Jacarri Neal is the founder and owner of Life Changing Solutions LLC. With over 15 years of experience in human services and disability support, he brings a rare combination of academic training, professional credentials, and genuine compassion to the work of transforming lives.
Mr. Neal holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Vocational Rehabilitation, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
He founded Life Changing Solutions with a singular vision: to create a care model that treats individuals with disabilities not as patients, but as people — full of potential, worthy of investment, and capable of living exceptional lives.
